SA Veterinary Surgeon - Collier & Brock, Troon, South Ayrshire – Full & Part-Time
We’re on an exciting journey and are looking for a likeminded, forward thinking new vet to join our small (but mighty) supportive team on the beautiful West Coast of Scotland; come and enjoy our beaches, hills and forests all within easy reach of major cities and international airports and see why we were voted the happiest place to live in Scotland in 2016!
The role:
You’d become part of our amazing, caring and experienced team, dedicated to providing high quality patient care. Being a small team helps us prioritise continuity of cases, provide a varied caseload and a great balance of consultations and surgery. We are looking for someone with experience who is confident with sole charge and is keen to help us grow the business together. Personal and team development is actively encouraged.
The full-time role is based on a 40-hour week, with no OOH and no more than 1 in 3 Saturday mornings (with a half-day off every week and a full-day off after working a Saturday morning). We’d be delighted to welcome part-time applicants as well.
Our practice:
Troon achieved it’s ‘happy status’ due to its friendly neighbours, good community spirit and the strong feeling of safety. We’re blessed with both breath-taking countryside, including our view out over the Isle of Arran, and great travel connections with 2 international airports and Glasgow city within a 45-minute drive and good rail links too.
We also have exciting development plans including substantial investment to our Troon site which will go hand-in-hand with great new facilities. It’s an exciting time to join us!
