I am a qualified Registered Veterinary Nurse, with a second class, first division Honours qualification from Napier University in Edinburgh. After qualifying in July 2009, I worked in Irvine and Paisley, starting work at Collier and Brock in Ayr just before Christmas 2009.
Before becoming a veterinary nurse, I worked for nearly twenty years in health service administration. I thoroughly enjoy all aspects of veterinary nursing and have a soft spot for cats and guinea pigs.
In my spare time, I am training my rescue dog, Freya, or perhaps she is training me. I also enjoy reading, going to the cinema, knitting and socialising with family and friends.
